A supportive 3-month coaching journey designed to help you feel safer and more grounded in the reality of living with chronic illness. together, we focus on calming overwhelm, honouring your body's limits, and building compassionate daily rhythms that align with you and your values.
This is a space where you can exhale, be met exactly where you are, and begin to experience steadiness - even when life feels unpredictable.

Anchor
A 6-month coaching journey focused on building lasting steadiness in the midst of chronic illness. Together, we build safety and supportive rhythms while strengthening self-trust. With more time to go deeper, we explore identity shifts and the integration of chronic illness with dignity and self-compassion. Learn to honour your experience without allowing it to define who you are.

Reconnect Sessions
One-time, 60 minute support calls for past clients who want guidance during a new challenge, transition, or difficult season.
